AWS Console

The following section outline the steps needed to complete deployment of our product to your environment.

Login to the AWS Console, Note: Your user account will require privileges for AWS Cognito.


Cognito - Create Wallboard Users

1. Navigate to the Cognito console page.

2. Select 'User pools' from the left hand menu, and locate the recently created pool "amplifyAuthUserPool...".

3. Select "Users" from the left hand menu. And select "Create User".

4. Provide an email as the wallboard login, and set a password - you will be asked to change on first login.

5. Select "Create user".


Repeat steps 3-5 for each user. We recommend setting an account for each 'editor' and for each wallboard location. For example, the administrator or team leaders responsible for creating and updating wallboards will need an account using their email address. If there are wallboards on L1 and L2, then an account should be created for these e.g. wallboardL1@one.nz. This does not have to be a valid email, it will be the username for logging in.

SAML SSO is available. Should your organisation require this, please contact Support for assistance with configuration of this.
